Thermal Imaging provides very important information for the monitoring of buildings, and for assessing the condition of buildings, allowing maintenance programmes to be utilised where actually needed. Temperature differences provide the information to identify blockages in pipe work, faults with insulation, and areas with retained moisture and damp.

This process allows surveys to be undertaken without necessarily the need for access into ducts. Unfortunately weather conditions can effect external surveys, and therefore flexibility is provided in order to complete the works

.Infrared Thermography is a process that uses a camera capable of viewing thermal images. The images viewed are heat patterns emitted from the surfaces viewed. This allows us to identify areas of concern such as damp, energy loss, or heat loss, and then advise on the rectifications required.
